Melon Sorbet Fizz- G.S. Gelato



  • Melon of your selection
  • Limoncello sorbet
  • Mint leaves
  • Seltzer or membership soda


Utilizing a rounded measuring spoon, scoop small balls of melon of your selection. Freeze on a baking sheet till agency, at the least four hours. When able to serve, place melon balls in a tall glass with 1 or 2 scoops of Limoncello sorbet. Rub just a few mint leaves between your fingers and drop in. Prime with seltzer or membership soda; serve instantly.
